Making a Pet Food Donation

We accept in-date pet food, collars, leashes, harnesses

Items unusable by our pantry will be sold from our thrift store (proceeds benefit shelter animals)

Donations are accepted during thrift store business hours

Food must be in date and not expiring within three months
-
Collars, harnesses, leashes, and toys must not have tears, foul smells, fraying, or missing pieces

Getting Pet Food Assistance
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the following:

You agree not to hold Humane Educational Society, its staff, or volunteers liable in the unfortunate event sickness occurs.

You understand the potential risks of feeding your pet new food.

We consider requests for certain brand foods, but cannot guarantee what you will receive.

All pets must be companion animals, well cared for, not chained, or left outside.

We offer temporary pet food assistance. We are not a permanent source of pet food.

Assistance is provided once per month, for three months in a twelve month period, for up to four pets.

You must have an appointment and a valid license or state issued ID and live in Hamilton County to participate.
